The apartment's size is 32 m² and sleeps up to 3 people. It is a bright studio apartment which has been recently decorated with Ikea style furniture. The apartment accommodates up to three people, two in a 1,4 x 2m bed and one in a sofabed.

The bathroom, which has been recently refurbished and tiled, has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for cooking. There is a 10 m² terrace where you can have breakfast in summer while you plan your day or
just sit and relax in the evening. This is a non smoker apartment.

Due to its unique situation and architecture, Freiburg is well-known for being one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Freiburg is the sunniest city in Germany and holds the record of having the most sunny days in the year. The region is also well-known for its wine. For this reason, the city is also very interesting for wine conneisseurs.

The Apartment is located on Kleineschholzweg, 79106 Freiburg Breisgau, Germany.

Its location is central, and in a few minutes walk you reach the beautiful historic old city of Freiburg ( approx. 1000 m). Also the University and the University Hospital Complex “Klinikum” are just a few minutes away by foot.
Nevertheless, there is very good public transportation right next to the apartment (train, bus and tramway).

The distance from the apartment to the central train station is less than 500 m. You can walk or take the nearby tramway Line 1.

Just in front of the apartment building you will find regulated street parking. There are nearby streets where you easily find free street parking.
